BELIEFS? WHO ME?

Evaluate all of your fear beliefs that you use to create your physical behaviors. Are you abusing yourself with any addictive behaviors? Do you eat too much? Do you drink too little water, and too much processed drinks or alcohol? Do you depend on medication that you don’t need? Do you smoke? Stop all addictive behaviors by learning to recognize your fear beliefs and habitual, obsessive, compulsive behaviors that are making you ill. Do your fear beliefs control your thinking, emotions, feelings, lifestyle, and your physical behaviors?
Do you believe we live only one life?
Do you believe that “all food is good food”?
Do you believe that you create your own reality?
Is the food you eat good for your body?
Do you believe you can heal yourself?
Do you believe someone else can make you happy?
The balancing test for all of our beliefs is: are they loving, do they keep our mind open to new knowledge, and do they allow us to view all people in total equality? If we cannot answer yes to each question as we individually review our beliefs, we are controlled by the fear of our ego.
